« on: October 05, 2015, 06:43:06 PM »
Why can't I eat this 4-5 meals a day?  It's Paleo.

A slice of bacon has about 40 calories; an egg, 75.

So, 4 eggs + 3 slices of bacon 3x a day = 1260 calories.

I want at least 8 eggs.  An egg is 90 calories.  And you can change it to pork chops or 1/2 lb of flank steak.  3 slices of bacon?  What the point?

What does pasteurization have to do with anything?

Our Paleolithic ancestors didn't have supermarkets.  They ate very low calories overall.

Are all calories deemed equal? Is the calorie in a snickers bar the same calorie in a piece of chicken?

Please speak on this, getbig.

Is it pronounced Wes like yes or Wees like peace?  I had a good friend who spelled it Wes but pronounced like peace.  He was Egyptian though, but also from New Jersey.

You can 3x that and still lose a ton a fat.

How do you explain Jesus's physique? I have a feeling JC only ate natural, organic, pesticide free food.

Jesus doesn't count.  God gave him epic genetics.   Or did he give himself epic genetics?   Never understood that one.
