That isn't Uncle Z.  That was one of his domestic mailers.

The real Uncle Z sits in the UK with nothing more than a laptop.  He has been investigated years ago, but can't be busted because there is no hard evidence against him.  He has neither roids nor cash with his fingerprints on it.  His roids go from China to Poland.  Poland to mailers in US (no domestic op here at the time), Canada, France, and Greece.

The cash follows another trail.  They tried to pin this on him years ago and found they couldn't because they couldn't tie him into the operation at all on either ends.
