Anyone ever wonder where Daryl gets an unlimited supply of cross bow bolts? I'm getting a little annoyed with the way he throws the cross bow up and starts selecting multiple targets like he is really holding an M16 or something.
season premiere was pretty good. 90 minutes. Resolved a dozen smaller storylines from last year, delivered a cool back-and-forth color/BW cut... and left a nice cliffhanger.next week's show looks boring and average from the preview.
Episode last night was really good.Though some of their actions are starting to make me wonder if they are not losing their minds. All those walkers in a pit. It was rocks wasn't it? Or gravel? Why lead them away when all you had to do was chuck some molotovs down there and let them burn up. As congested as it was, the fire would have spread easy. Anyone ever wonder where Daryl gets an unlimited supply of cross bow bolts? On that note, why did Daryl feel a need to waste an arrow on the first zombie through the truck funnel? A few thousand more were to follow. That didn't make a bit of sense.
The whole crossbow as a main weapon is annoying.I get carrying a gun as a backup, etc.....but can't see why everyone wouldn't be going Michone style at this point. They had to have had time to scavenge a sword, spear, etc....
Exactly. These guys should have a variety of weapons for different occasions. This weapon here would be better than most with keep a small amount of walkers away from you. Than switch to a Michone style weapon for close range...
The famed battleaxe/shovel hybrid weapon the “Lobo” from World War Z was missing from the final film adaptation of the book, but then again 95% of everything in the book was missing from the film, so that really comes as no surprise. In the novel, the weapon is said to be one of the key factors in turning the tide against the zombies. Guns ran out of ammo and heads were hard to hit. Bombs were careless and expensive. But battleaxe shoves? Cheap and effective. Now, they exist in real life, sort of. The above product isn’t a Lobo, it’s a Crovel, which apparently combines a shove and crowbar. It can probably still work as a battleaxe too. It’s the ultimate zombie killing tool should the fictional apocalypse ever come, and it can be yours for only $140 via ThinkGeek. Sounds pricey, but can you really put a price on imaginary security?Check out other angles and features of the Crovel/Lobo below:
Although I'd still prefer the katana, this was what was key in the WWZ book:
That weapon is badass...Remember when they were at the prison and all the walkers would come to the fence and they would stab them in the head and get shit all over themselves. Why not just build a platform at the top of the fence and stab the top of there heads with this...No mess on you at all. lol
The show should be 90 mins considering they put more commercials in that show than any show in history...
February 14, 2016.tell you the truth , this site , not sure if im going to watch anymore, i almost didn't even want to bother bumping it
I'm guessing Glenn or Abraham. I'm kinda leaning toward Abraham because when he was on his knees and Negan walked up to him Abraham didn't show any fear and stuck his chin up. I think that could be a foreshadow. Abraham said he was sorry to Eugene and they hugged it out so those two came full circle... Abraham also said he could now bring a kid into this world with the Brew... All those things make me think that it could be him who got it. But Maggie cutting her hair could have been a foreshadow that Glenn gets it and that she is now on her own and is going to have to be more of a fighter. Rick being overly fatherly to her on the bus may also be why it could be Glen who gets it...Long shot is they killed off Daryl for taking another AMC show. http://www.ew.com/article/2015/10/29/norman-reedus-walking-dead-ride-with-motorcycle-amc...Another long shot was the noose hangings throughout the episode was a racial way to show that Michonne is the one who took a beating to the head. Rick and Michonne's love affair seemed to have just been thrown into this season with only little hints that they were into each other in other seasons. Did they want Rick and Michonne to fuck to make Michonne's death be more intense? Possibly.
