why do people brag about how big there arms are pumped

I only measure my arms ice cold after not working out for 2 days or more in the morning before any food or drink.Its the only real way to measure.

As usual. In internet, lots of people have 18inchs arms. But, in reality i dont meet someone more tan 18inchs arms so often. Let alone 19inchs....many top amas dont have it and some pros.
My arms are quite big and i dont see someone bigger tan mine so often except Paco. And mines are 18.5inchs.
And so. Arms should be measured when they are pump like dick.

Yeah its the only way for an accurate measurement,i have measured pumped in past out of curiosity but would never say that is my arm measurement as its only an hour out of a week.
