Allen West tweeted and linked to his website so I'd say it's fair to attribute this to West

I wonder why West would even mention this fact and call it "stunning" if not to cast some sort of doubt over Carson

I don't really understand this tactic.  If you want to avoid the topic then just stay off the thread in the first play but why make these disingenuous critique's of the poster.   The only critique I have it not providing a link in the first post

I think more people will care than you will admit, but sure, whatever.

There are lots of people who focus on stupid stuff.  At the end of the day, Republican primary voters will not care.  Democrats are not voting for him anyway.  Independents will not care.

To be fair, most of the lies that Carson told were delivered BEFORE he became a republican.

His famous quote "I used to be a flaming liberal" could explain why he lied so much.
