The 1st gym I trained at was a tiny council community centre, only a dozen odd lads trained there, we had two 400+ benchers, one of those guys did his own unique version of lateral raises with 80lb dbs too
There was a guy that did bent rows with 500lb and power cleans with 300..... Even all the big bodybuilding gyms I've been in, ive never seen anything like what I witnessed there, especially being such a small place, with so small a membership
