I actually like Blaha (for some unexplainable reason, along with Piana), but I have no idea how he has the energy and motivation to talk so much about other people, particularly uninteresting people whom we all know are liars. Talking about O'hearn, Bailey, Panda, Ogus--if it's not to make fun of shit like big teeth, wigs, and delusions pertaining to acting ability, it's boring.

So these You Tube stars and "athletes" are not natural.

Panda's training is all ego lifting. Genetics and hormones are the "secrets" behind his physique, not his training methods.
In fact, if most people train in the manner he does, they'll end up needing to visit a physiotherapist.

super ted you are right i seen one of him doing rows some of the worst form and rep range ive seen, young kids will see this and think this is how you train and get injured.

I met Simeon for the first time last month as the the O. a little shorter than I thought. Very impressive to look at. Clearly not natural. Look at where he started. to where he is.

He's 6'1ft apparently but his long limbs makes him look taller in videos. I used to think he was around 6'4ft.
