lets see some ideas for a training program for my fight(s?) in March. Think of good programs that would put a person in proper condition for an mma fight March 26. Dont worry about the skills side of that, Im just goin in throwin bombs lololol
Why don't you just take up some classes, watch rocky every morning, and run miles everyday in preparation for being able to have enough stamina during the fight? Training for fights are not most optimal for body composition in reality...Lot's of the high-intensity done for long periods of time is catabolic OR if eating in a surplus can hinder muscle growth...But you could definitely lean out and worry about the muscles after you kick some ass lol
