Method claims to have put on some serious muscle since the green t-shirt shot.  Not sure we've seen any evidence though.

Yes, I believe that there is a big "reveal" happening soon. As we all know, a date-dependent "reveal" schedule is the surest sign of veracity in one's outrageous claims.

Yep without master caliper technician Billy Smith of Gold's Venice they will never get an accurate measurement at those low BF levels.

This is not 1% lol 3.5-4% he still has no taper in the back with a huge waist and small arms if he flexed his abs instead of tightening them and sucking them in (not to be confused with vacuum) you'd see that there is tissue that is not muscle around the lower part of his waist..

and if the same guy put on 15lbs of water you would say his BF was higher by his look when in fact it would be lower due to the higher water weight in his body.

The body cannot get to this condition naturally...without diuretic you can get to about 6-7% MAX naturally
