Houston: Man Who Punched Senior Citizen Sentenced to 6 Years in Federal Prison, Officials Say Conrad Barrett, 29, targeted Roy Coleman, 79, for an on-camera knockout and was arrested after showing the video to an off-duty police officer. The blow fractured Coleman's jaw in two places.

well thats the funny thing. The dumbass in question in this particular matter is white snd the victim is black. Typically these instances are simple assaults that end up with little jail time. The reason why Mr. Barrett got 6 years in fed prison is because he was charged with a "hate crime"

The 8nly brews that have received that long of a sentence are the ones who accidentally killed their victims. To my knowledge none of the brews have been charged with a hate crime although the victims are OVERWHELMINGLY white.

instead of 6yrs, I'd sentence him to just one year to a Max security jail and I'd make arrangement to have him raped by an Aids infested inmate, then when he's up for release, I'd let him know his fate.....
