He also says his max bench is "probably only about a little over 300 lbs" which seems odd for a man with such large muscular arms.
Must have a very unique body shape indeed.
Just did a bench workout today,weighed 220 did 195 for 28 shoulder not horrible so went to 225 and got 16,sets done feet in air back flat,so i went a bit heavier just to see what i could do and got 315 for 3,shoulder is now very sore.So no more benching for a few months back to push ups.if someone has been lifting for 24 years and develops a bad shoulder from heavy lifting yet can keep curling and hitting tris hard and doesnt bench any more how is it hard to believe that 20" arms can only bench atound 300 lbs?
I have the body shape i want,i like big arms and small legs.That is what i like,calves are 18" and very muscular.
