Cutting phase prep review

Alright guys so I luckily somehow got a contest prep coach who's very well known to prep me, not for a contest but just to get me as lean as possible in 6-8 weeks. Currently I'm 19, turning 20 this week, about 198-201 pounds on average a day, body fat is sitting around 12% after not watching my diet this whole summer and drinking and eating horrible foods. I'm just going to be using test forever from now on unless I decide to compete which is unlikely in the near future so I was cruising at 250mg a week for the past 2 months and just recently upped it to 500mg a week along with this diet so please critique it and let me know what you guys think!

TRAINING DAY DIET
 
MEAL #1
2 whole omega 3 or cage free eggs
8 egg whites
 
MEAL #2
1 ½ scoop ISO lean by vigor
1.5 tbsp all natural peanut butter
 
MEAL #3
6 oz wild salmon
4 oz asparagus
 
 
MEAL #4  
6 oz chicken breast
1 oz raw cashews
¾ cup brown rice (33 g low glycemic carbs)
3 oz broccoli
 

 

 
MEAL #5(pre workout; if you need
To switch food around to match schedule, switch meals around so that pre is before your workout and post is after)
1 ½ scoop ISO 0 carb protein
1.5 tbsp all natural peanut butter
4 plain rice cakes (28 g high glycemic carbs)
 
MEAL #6(post workout meal;30-45 mins after workout)
6 oz chicken breast
1 cup cooked jasmine white rice (44 g high glycemic carbs)
3 oz broccoli

252 G PROTEIN
130 G CARB
70 G FAT
 
 
NON TRAINING DAY DIET

first of all you don't need a contest prep coach you dumb fuck, you need to know your body and stop listening to fuckwits. secondly you fucked up for life by taking steroids and thyroid drugs at age 18/19 and also looking like shit, good job, you think you look good?
your not 12% FAR FROM IT your a watery 18% with thick skin. 250/500mg test E/wk is not enough for a lad your age just so you know you are seriously fucking up your natural mature development of your organs, bones, glands, muscles and adult height. do you even know where your estradiol is at? dhea? dht? shbg? thyroid? tsh? tbg? free test? etc, do you think none of this doesn't matter? good luck being a future 25 year old with a dick that work.

as for your diet you won't listen but idgaf,

to shred,

wake up no food drink water if thirsty go to gym on treadmill, stepper, elliptical, heavy bag, skipping whatever high intensity until your balls pull into your abdomen multiple times to failure. 30 min max go home. do this every 2nd day. ZERO carbohydrates NO dairy skip dinner. this is not a protocol for gaining rather losing a lot of your body fat and all water very quickly, then eventually the thick skin will disappear because water no longer has anywhere to go ie. in fat and from there we start building muscle and using aas to make us look extra crisp ie. thin skin look.

stop counting your shit. no MORE FUCKING peanut butter, protein shakes, asparagus, cashews bullshit what the fuck mate where did you come from bb.com? my 16 year old cousin used to do this shit until i put him on the right path. no broccoli either. chicken breast beautiful wild salmon beautiful eggs beautiful keep the yolks always unless prepping for show and want to eat eggs. no fucking training day diet, rest day diet shit. either you DIET or NOT DIET, no such thing as bulking you dumb fucks.

hormones please get them in check, go get a full panel done and see what needs to be fixed. you know your body has a mind of it's own and if you are depriving it or fucking it up by keeping it in that state it will eventually break itself down due to that and cause sickness / illness even if you don't see or feel it happening.

Wtf are you talking about? He prepped a guy who got top 10 at the Olympia on his first try. I've been 6-7% body fat without even using a coach, I just got a free prep I'm using so I want to make the best of it. I've tried your method because it's very similar to the galeniko method which will fucking burn up all your muscle unless you're on a big dose of drugs, also I was not using 250mg a week, I was cruising at that dose since I don't plan on coming off

I would kill myself with that diet man... If you never wanted to compete and you don't wanna do a lot of drugs then why are you on 250mg test? Why not restore your test levels back before it's too late??? Where are you getting this money for gear as well?? You should be saving up to move out of your parents house lol

I do want to compete, just not now. I'm still in college and my body isn't where I want it to be now so I don't have time to since I work 40+ hours a week and go to college so my schedule is pretty hectic. Once I graduate and get a real job I'll be able to compete and prep without worrying about stuff like cooking and getting to the gym on time every day and plus I don't want to take a lot of drugs that are necessary when you prep like tren ace because I really don't want to take it again. I'm cruising on 250 a week for 8 weeks and just bumped it back up to 500mg because I was taking a slight break because of a knee injury and had fun with friends over the summer. I also have 2 jobs I work as a independent personal trainer for about 15-20 hours a week and charge 50 an hour for each client and also work at a restaurant. And I already moved out lol I live with a few friends from my university in a townhome

Heres some pictures of the past 6 months. The picture of me all pale and my face covered in a red dot is earlier this spring in Febuary-May just on 500mg test e a week, the picture of me still lean but from the side and my face isnt even in the picture is of me when I added tren into the mix and that was May-End of June and the last picture of me when I am at my fattest is me after the 4th of july when I took a break from dieting and lowered my dose to 250 a week and cruised instead.

not 6% in the first pic but decent build and proportions... id say this is a legit 8% (notice how all fat fucks claim 8%, this is a real 8%)

you look a billion times better when youre lean... both bigger and leaner. pls dont bulk or eat shit again, stay lean and slowly gain, suits your bodytype MUCH better...

decent body, dont know why inseyeder is hatin.

the diet is a real generic bodybuilder stereotype shit diet though imo
itll probably work BUT id be fucking starving and feel completely miserable all day

i personally need at least one big satisfying meal when im dieting
i can easily starve on 2 meals of 400kcals each all day if i get a decent big meal in after my workout

would be both hungry and cheating all day with that diet..

calories is 90% of success anyway, dont worry about anything else
would also never fucking eat peanut butter on a diet, this is just an invitation to fuck up (not satisfying at all, calorie dense and extremely tasty, fuck that)

Pro tip, the people who really know what they're doing and have the credentials to back it up don't waste their time giving advice on get big.

That first pic of you works well for you, dont know how hard that was for you to obtain but you look split over in the third pic,  I would try my best not to get any higher then 8%, ten times better at 6 look cleaner wider fuller

Btw i would add more gear, to me cutting = blast time
