I usually like to be early to places...So i'm at the gym usually 1.5hrs before work in the morning...Whereas my workouts only take anywhere from like 35-50 minutes....I'm not generally in a rush
I usually do a 10 count in my head and start my next set or if I'm still not ready I'll take a drink of water.
lol, don't want to be at the gym more then I need too so I work out fast.
