Tearing up the league with the properly inflated footballs, thanks Goodell and the NFL, appreciate it...

In a couple years you can put Patriots fans in the mix as well.

I don't care how many rings he has as most were won by defense/running game. Eye test says Rodgers is the best, but also rule changes influence everything quite a bit.

Brady was lucky to be on a great team with a great coach.  The fact they went 11-5 without Brady and Matt Cassel shows you how good the team actually is.  Look at Indy without Manning.  They were the worst team in the league.

QB wise, pure passer he doesn't touch someone like Marino.  Marino sadly was on the downswing of Shula's career.

That was the same team that went 16-0 the previous year...and they missed the playoffs.

11 wins is still 11 wins with Matt Cassel.  Plus was Randy Moss still on the team?

Moss was on the team...the 2007 Patriots was one of the best teams in NfL history. Don't discredit a guy for being on a good team, Jordan had some great teams too. Never heard that as a negative.

In the two years Jordan wasn't on the Bulls how well did they do?  It's all speculation but I can be fair to say that if Brady was on the Browns he'd have zero rings, but Jordan on the Bucks  and they still would have won at least one championship

Bulls were 55 -27 and 47 -35 without  Jordan, pretty comparable to the 11 -5 Patriots without Brady.

Who knows if Jordan would have won with a team like the Bucks (you seem sure), my point is, Brady is a great quarterback...like him or not.

Peyton Manning statistically is the 2nd worse QB in the league this year. First being Ryan Mallet. And their team is 6-0. And Denver's head coach blows... lol

Brady doesn't make mistakes, but Montana is the best QB of all time.

Good coaching in keeping the O-line up to protect Brady and when they're hurting like they are this season they change the game plan up and do lots of short passes with a TE and RB acting as extra blockers.

Manning might pull out a couple good games but his defense is winning it for him this season.  I think they've scored 4 or 5 pick sixes this season.  Two games Denver didn't score an offensive TD and still won because their defense scored points.  Green Bat is 6-0 and haven't played a team with a winning record.

Some games to look forward to this seas will be Den-Cinci, Den-NE and Den-GB.  I'm still on the fence with Carolina.

Ya. Right now Denver is winning in spite of Manning...Should be interesting how it plays out in Denver. I don't think Manning is going to get better. Manning needs to be in the shot gun every play and play his game. There's a battle going on with that OF...

Without a running game Denver can't win in the post season in shitty weather.  ESPN was trying to parallel Denver with Seattle but Seattle had an amazing running game and a QB that can also run and not make dumb mistakes.

What I find interesting is how NE has adapted to Brady getting older, but Denver has not adapted to Manning doing the same.

Stick to the 7 yard passes that are based on timing and obviously you move the chains.

Manning still thinks he has the arm from 10 years ago and that's causing him a problem, but I don't want to change the focus of the thread... That's an entirely different topic.

I feel like that is generally how New England has played for ages now (pick plays and short passes). It's how they run their system. Not really doing a whole lot different.

With Moss and Branch they did air the ball out a lot more but as Brady got older the game changed a lot for him in more shorter passes.  Luckily for him now he can throw a 5 yard slant to Gronk and Gronk will mow his way another 20 yards for a TD.
