(Pre workout meal) 8 oz chicken breast or 99 lean ground turkey w/ 8 oz white potato(cooked) or 1 cup white rice(cooked) w/ 1 tbspn mac oil w/ 1 cup veggie of choice w/ 1 shot braggs apple cider vinegar
INTRA SHAKE: 75 grams carbs coming from CarboSlinDextrin (until new batch comes in i will be using 75 grams Karbolyn with 20 grams EAA's, 5 grams Leucine, and 5 grams creatine monohydrate)
Post shake: 60 grams whey isolate w/ 5 grams BCAAS and 5 grams creatine(glutamine optional)
(Post workout meal) 8 oz steak w/ 12 oz white potato(cooked) or 1.5 cups white rice(cooked) OR 100 grams weighed out of whole wheat protein pasta w/ 1 cup pineapple w/ 1 cup veggie of choice
(Pre bed meal) 45 grams casein w/ 4 whole omega 3 eggs w/ 1 heaping teaspoon of sugar free Metamucil w/ 1 shot braggs apple cider vinegar
This is not that much food for 280lbs. I assume that I consume close to this many Kcals in the offseason and I've never gotten over 230.
