The Benghazi attacks have been a circus in the media—but the one story that liberals are forgetting to tell are the ones of the victims’ families. It is curious, to think of how the families of the heroes fallen themselves…have not been given a public voice by liberal media.



“She’s a scumbag, in my opinion,” said Ben Doherty in an interview with NECN published to coincide with Clinton’s testimony on Thursday before the House Select Committee on Benghazi.

“Well I think that she pulled all the troops out of the embassy, he had no backup. He burnt alive. She said it’s no big deal, it’s a big deal to me, he’s my son and I loved him.”

Glen Doherty’s mother and the former wife of Ben, Barbara Doherty, is one of the few Benghazi family members to speak out in support of Clinton, telling NECN:

“”They’re looking at the wrong place. If you read carefully what was going on, many people made many mistakes, which is normal in confusion. After a few days, the facts were out, and they’re really chasing the wrong person.””

“”They’re hoping to defeat her and it’s not going to work.””

The Doherty family is working to close a loophole that mandates single federal contractors carry insurance but does not pay out death benefits if the contractor has no children or spouse, reported the Boston Globe.

“As an independent contractor who was unmarried and without children, Doherty was ineligible to receive death benefits afforded to military personnel under the Defense Base Act of 1941, although he was employed by the CIA, she said.

“The family is working with Congressman Stephen F. Lynch to craft a law that would remove those barriers.

“On Jan. 26, Lynch introduced The Glen Anthony Doherty Overseas Security Personnel Fairness Act.

“It is unacceptable that the Defense Base Act requires federal workers to take out an insurance policy before they are deployed overseas and accepts the payment of insurance premiums from those workers, but fails to provide death benefits to their families or estate solely based on marital and child status,” Lynch stated on his website.”

I can not imagine losing one of my children to a death that could have been prevented and then the leadership of the very country they fought for to throw up smoke screens of lies to cover their own butt.

Trey Gowdy Says His 11-Hour Benghazi Hearing Didn't Reveal Anything New

WASHINGTON -- Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) couldn't say Thursday night if his all-day Benghazi hearing with Hillary Clinton revealed any new information.

Gowdy, chairman of the House Select Committee on Benghazi, was asked by reporters what new details came from his panel's 11 hours of grilling the former secretary of state over her response to the 2012 attack on a U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi.

"Uh," Gowdy said, pausing for several seconds.

"I think some of Jimmy Jordan's questioning -- well, when you say new today, we knew some of that already. We knew about the emails," he said. "In terms of her testimony? I don't know that she testified that much differently today than she has the previous time she testified."

The fact that Gowdy couldn't articulate the point of the hearing will only fuel Democrats' criticisms that he's using the panel to hurt Clinton's 2016 White House bid. A couple of Republicans have said as much, too, though Gowdy insists he's leading a legitimate investigation.

So far, Gowdy's probe has cost more than $4.5 million and hasn't turned up much. He vowed Thursday night to keep digging, though.

"We keep going on until we're able to interview all the witnesses," Gowdy told reporters.  HP

Again, she may have been with holding information, never had all the information, was given incorrect information etc etc.. it was corrected a few days later, it had no bearing on anything at all, NOTHING. You are being excessively strict and unreasonable, I can distinctly remember reading that they knew the culprit and strategically tried to create a false sense of comfort, they had not apprehended or made advances on those responsible. Outwardly stating the people and other pertinent information would cause them to flee or otherwise, it makes logical sense. It required absolutely 0 panels to figure this out as it was in the public eye.

The requests for security were denied by CONGRESS, they cut funding over and over and denied all white house requests for funding. You are repeating a lie, after 8 fucking investigations you would think you could be honest. However, you are the very people driving this circus so carry on looking for things to be outraged about. The real tragedy here are the people inexplicably and forever tied to your kind via democracy, 4.5 million dollars have been wasted (people are actually starving) to discover it wasn't the video (still feel like more information is needed surrounding this  "video") and that you rage in budget cuts is misplaced. Anyone with a brain can see this is a farce, hell they even admitted it, lololol, yet retards keep this thing going wasting more taxpayer money.
