quite a lot overweight women have a lot of natural beauty...just covered by an over-abundance of water and fat!
but yea, i think it's fair to call her beautiful.

Oh, wow, that is why I never can say a women is good looking facially until the makeup is gone or minimal. Always dated girls that wore minimal and now married to a woman who wears none at all. Never worn it her whole life.
