Good story but he and his wife are near 60 years old. At what point in their lives are they going to enjoy their wealth?

Trust me man. You don't want to be poor/average income when you're old, You'd much rather have good medicare and comfortable housing and great housing assistant that helps you every now and then.

hey if your handing out diets how about telling me a way to diet to get lean but not be absolutely dead at my physically demanding job. 6". 230. 20% body fat
