A lot of bros out here are looking for a get ripped quick diet so I'm going to go ahead and put the ultimate shred diet out there. (Mods please make this a sticky):

Buy a big thing of cellery and a big jar of peanut butter. Six times a day you fill a cellery stick with peanut butter and eat it. You don't eat anything else.

Drink 2 gallons of water a day.

Drink 3 cups of black coffee a day

Do 1 hour of cardio every morning upon awakening.

Reduce your weights and do sets of 50 reps.

You will be astonished at how ripped you are in 2 months time.
