I would recommend solid 8-12 h workouts each day - 8 days on, -1 off.
Each hour is finished off with a banana, a MucleTechMegaMass shake and posing with pants pulled down... semi erect posture.
On Sundays you're allowed to add a table spoon of peanut butter to your cheatmeal... which consists off 200 horse "glazed" donuts.
