It's been 4 months off everything! Babies are almost 4 weeks old. Feels great being off everything.
Lost about 10 pounds, but that's ok, I'm not sweating all the time.
I wanted to make 3-6 more months before jumping back on to assure proper training and rest at that time, but I think about getting back in every day!
I was thinking if just running 50 var daily x 6 weeks just to add some lbm back. If I do, maybe replace test at 175-200 mg a week. Not sure though... Hoping to just gain back like 5 pounds without having to run AIs and do another aggressive pct program.
Thoughts?
