Haha, you're joking? It's his administration, he's the head honcho. Just because he didn't argue the case (as a supposed attorney he's never been to court to argue a case in his life) doesn't mean he has the last word.
My point is that the jury awarded this.
I wasn't in the courtroom of course, but I don't see how the jury could give them the money if there wasn't something more to the case than whatever some random guy on Fox news just says.
We have no knowledge of anything.
We don't even know what the case was... where it was... Nothing. We can't even look up the actual disposition.
That's my point. On the surface, it sounds ridiculous, but we have zero specifics on this.
Plus, a private company is completely different than a government entity.
