What's going on with my IPhone??

What is going on with my IPhone 5s?

Whenever I try to call someone I get call failed
People try and call me and it says I'm unavailable

And I keep getting no service or just 1-2 bars

You might want to try this: Go into "settings"....hit cellular.... Make sure that "cellular data" is ON

Apple seems to continually add features that prevent you from getting calls.

Go to "Settings" then to "Do Not Disturb" then to "Allow Calls From." Then, make sure it's set to "Everyone."

Another option is to go into settings/general and reset.  As long as everything is backed up on the cloud, nothing will be erased. That what's they'll probably do at the Apple Store.
