Got a recommendation from a friend! A meditation app!

Most of you are fucked up in the head so how much time do u spend on yourself to make life comfortable?

I like this app, I think I'm gonna subscribe (13$/moth) to get some more guided headspace to handle worries anxiety stress anger displeased relations and depression...

Everyone I know that is into meditation is a complete nutcase.

Do you need to take time once a week to reflect on you life? Sure, however, do it like a sane being, sit down, shut down all your social crap and just think for 10 minutes.

Do you need some relaxing time? Sure, go out a bit, turn off the phone and enjoy yourself, maybe a trip somewhere etc.

Leave all these mental nonsense for the psychos and border-line suicidal maniacs.

The more you stay away from meditation, religion, motivation books and quotes etc. the more you will actually accomplish.

I usually think you are right on point, but you are wrong here.Meditation is about NOT thinking, and is about being present. The reason for everyone's worries is they are either stuck thinking about the past, which makes them depressed, or thinking about the future, which makes them anxious. Most people rarely are in the present, which allows you to truly be alive.

I agree.  I like the term 'mindfulness' just observing the inner workings of ourselves, not so easy to accomplish, especially when experiencing strong emotions.
