I guess the bodybuilding carrer is pretty much over by now. Just comercial shit as a espn talker, nutritionshit, generation iron radio etc etc...

Think its the end for the bodybuilding stage. Make a living out of old shit from now on...old pictures, old movies etc etc...now only doing the talk to maintain!

When u lose the drive to get that sandow I think its over, enter the gym with less motivation, start to skip workoutdas etc etc...

Yepp. The more I think of it! He is done in bodybuilding!

There's nothing wrong with this. He put the time in it, and that's it. Same with athletes. There are other pros that don't even want to see the inside of a gym anymore.

He will do what bodybuilders do to keep healthy. You know, take ~~500 to 1000 mg of test per week~~ TRT, ~~go from 300 pounds to 250 pounds at 5'9"~~ lower his weight, ~~and take more walks~~ get into more cardio activities like cycling and jogging. It's all about being ~~less unhealthy~~ healthy.

Regular blood work, cir cumin, green tea extract, and pomegranate juice too.

I don't blame him. He has the story, the personality, the talent, and the likeability factor to do really well outside of this niche world of bodybuilding. he will be fine and I wish him all the best of luck.

He is already more popular than Mr.O. I think he will get even more popular in his post career because there really aren't many interesting personalities in the IFBB

Phil can look and shine his Sandows, and say "He never beat me on the Olympia stage" and Kai can look back at his bank account and accomplishments in general, and say "I've beaten him at life".

Don't be surprised if it does go down like that if Phil doesn't turn it around

I will be curious to see how his popularity does after not participating in this year's Olympia. He was missed. Particularly when it came to the posing rounds

I follow him on social media and the other day there was a post about not making great choices and I said aweee yeah Kai is about to do his thing! That's awesome that he's not running from his past and taking responsibility for it. folks love those stories

Plus I think more of his peers like him which is always good. I bet if he had a party post Olympia it would be hot. Arnold also had him guest pose which is excellent. You never piss off someone like that so Kai is gonna be alright.

I didn't think he was boring. He's got a monotone voice but He just comes across as miserable and not exactly loving life

He's a smart business man, carries himself well, and is very personable and likeable. I won't knock him.

Both Kai's line and Ronnie's line are on bodybuilding.com and from what Ronnie was saying on Instagram he has a good relationship with them. That's great because that's where the bros buy their supps. Gifted Nutrition is not on there. I think that's strange.
