Actually a good video by Blaha. I don't get the Blaha hate. He's right the guys bulks consist of putting on fat and then taking it off with very little muscle gain.

NaturalWonder what's with the intense Chris Jones hate. There are so many more hateable people in the bodybuilding world. The biggest liar out there Layne Norton first pops into my mind. Every second sentence is "I have a PHD." Therefore he thinks he's god?

Chris Jones is just a clown you can't take seriously.

Blaha is pretentious. He has the Layne Norton quality that he acts like an expert (in Laynes case he may be one) but provides no reasonable proof. He makes claims about his build and strength that he can't back up.

What is he an expert on? This shit is not complicated. You read that one damn study in which bodybuilders from the 50's were studied, use the FFMI calculator, and then from that, say that people with an FFMI over 25 dieted down are likely to be drug aided. This does not take expertise. It's common sense coupled with observation and experience.

He says some shit here and there on training and nutrition, but he has not shown he is an expert. Even Layne has a Phd in nutrition and has said some shit about training and nutrition.

With that said, I like both of them anyway, and I met Layne earlier this year at a nutrition conference at a college. I work in nutrition myself.

Chris jones is good for what he is... Entertainment. I believe he could be natty, as his physique doesn't scream PED. He and matty fusaro are the only guys I watch and it's for entertainment purposes, not to pick up tips.

Well said. Blaha is pretentious without being condescending like Layne. I've only seen a few of Jason's videos, but his whole I'm this and that shtick (same lean muscle as Nubret, ex military, will shoot someone through my windshield, this is how you treat a woman...)the definition of pretentious.

The guy lives bodybuilding or at least fitness 24/7. It's not shocking to look like he looks when you are every day in the gym and counting carbs every day.
