I just got this political observation from one of my cousins:
"A long, empty clown-car pulled up to the CNBC debate dais and three unknown dilettantes from the Upper West Side got out. No act of journalism was committed either accidentally or on purpose. But their snarky and pompously high disdain for the candidates and much of America came through loud and clear. They are circling the drain of obscurity, but shouting their anthems of lemming ideology with gusto. How much happier they will be when they can get back to hobnobbing with the proper sort of professional politician gasbags they so admire. Can't we just cut to the chase and scrap all these elections and just let the Progressive elites run their country club government without having to actually touch the little people?"
