enough to get up, rotate my shoulders, scratch my nuts, sit down take a couple breaths and go again

by 9 i was finished at 6

Been there,done that!  

I used to do squats at 10 X 10....fucking brutal and usually didn`t make all 10 sets.


Right now,I`m training hard again and looking damn good compared to how I looked taking that 15 month layoff.

All my lifts are up except for squats which I haven`t done in a long time...(leg presses instead).

Once I get into even better condition,I may give a 10 X 10 routine a shot again.

See, Aikido masters are required by law to register with INTERPOL on accounta the lethal fighting skills. At his level, a simple thumb jab could buy him a dime in stir.
