Hex bar deadlifted 247.5kg for 6 reps 2 nights ago. Lower ROM than that above but fucked my lat up first rep. Back I go to volume

Cameraman was a little excited. I've pulled 605 before haven't tried more. On a side note though I will be competing in a deadlift comp in June next year so I'll have motivation to go bigger now.

It's a deadlift only event, my bench is horrid! It's a bodybuilding event with a dl comp attached and some strongman lifts for exhibition.

I'm aiming for 675 but we'll see, I have several months to really focus on it and push it up as high as I can. Couple of acquaintances are putting on the show and I guess they wanted to hit the pling market as well.
