No clue in what clip it is but James Randi told a very funny story once. This psychic he met in person claimed they know the upcoming lotto numbers however they refused to reveal it or use the info for their own gain as they might lose their gifted powers. So Rand said all the winnings will go to a charity of the psychics choice or general charity. The psychic again said it would constituent abusing their powers for gain. Mind you their entire business is based on charging money for their imaginary powers.
So Randi made the psychic the following offer, tell me the last weeks lotto numbers right now (impossible to gain from it) and you will get the million dollars. Obviously the physic wan't able to do that either.
