There isn't anything Jay can't do.  If he wants to be the POTUS I'm pretty sure he'd win.  If he wanted to be an Oscar winner he'd do the same. He chose the glory and prestige of winning the Olympia and did it, ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR times!!!!

Too short for linebacker. Too slow for running back

The main thing he would have to overcome playing football...there are no mirrors at the line of scrimmage.

I've seen Jay do standing barbell military presses with 225 for 6-8 reps

Deadlifts with 495 for 6 reps

Squats with 405 for 8-10 reps

Barbell rows with 405 for 6 reps

Incline press with 405 for a few reps

*so he did have some strength on free weight movements

Actually I've seen  a few BB'ers have a problem with walking and chewing gum at the same time. Because you may look athletic, and be strong, does not always mean you are athletic. A bitter realty I know.
