Consumers aren't dumb (I hope) and can tell what is good value DLC and what is not.

I don't know. Halo 5 generated $500,000 in microtransactions in one week. Seems we
 have alot of doofy bastards out there. 

At that point it won't matter how many say they hate it. All microsoft and 343 will take
notice of is how much money they made with it.

Nothing on the ps4 so far has convinced me to buy one. I'm playing pro eevolution soccer 2016 on ps3 and both manhunt and the warriors of  ps2 at the moment

If you own a PC there is 0 reason to buy a console. I'll get Fallout 4 when it goes on the Steam sale for £5 in 6 months lol.

Fallout 1/2 are both quite unique - cult classics along with Doom/Quake, XCom and a few others.

Fallout 3(Vegas) was a 9/10 game with some stunning artwork and I REALLY liked it. Don't dig the visuals of part 4. I would have preferred the same engine(tuned for speed) and the "new game" just being a big add-on.

So far it's been a waste of money for me.  I bought a PS4 to only learn none of my fucking PS3 games work on it.  Worst part is the PS4 wireless connection fucks up my home network each time it connects to the internet.  Turns out there are thousands who are complaining about it.  I have 2 games for the PS4 and both are games I had for the PS3 in Madden 16 and NBA2K16.  The graphics are way better but gameplay is still the same.  Only thing I like is when I watch an old Blu Ray, the PS4 is wayyy quieter.  My PS3 fan would kick on during a movie and make such a loud noise.  For the most part I play a lot less games since I got the PS4 so that in itself is a plus.

This. I'll never go back to console gaming after I sold my Playstation in 1999 and went for a PC. Been buying them and upgrading them ever since.

Haven't played Fallout 4 yet but I've got it downloading on torrent as I type. Playing GTA V in the meantime which is amazing - bst PC game I've played in a long time.

Also looking forward to Just Cause 3 coming out on 1st December.

Yes, but I like to imagine that those who paid are 15 year old brats with their parents' credit cards. Played Halo 1 and that was enough.
