I once entered a cupcake eating contest. It's a lot harder than it looks. I didn't eat for 24 hours prior (mistake number 1). I figured because I was a bigger guy who was bulking (mistake number 2 overestimating myself) and the competition was a lot smaller (mistake number 3 underestimating the competition), that I had it in the bag. Not even close. It was who could eat the most in 20 min. The thing that really did me in was how sweet the cupcakes were. That hit me within the first 5 minutes and I couldn't handle it. You have to train your stomach for that shit.

Take insulin igf and ghrp 6 1 hour before. Go hypoglycemic and eat like a champ.

It also helps if you have a long torso and stomach and dont mind looking like a disgusting pig washing every mouthful down with water.

Holy crap I'm 5'11" 235lb and they'll have 2 for $5 days at McDonald's here- the MOST I could eat on a cheat day
ever was 2 Big Macs and 1 fries, I was getting uncomfortable eating any more!!
They must have no "Stop" mechanism in their stomachs!!

Some people have different sized stomachs and satiety mechanisms, period. Just like many of you look at eating challenges and say 'wtf how', I look at someone saying he can only eat 2 big macs in utter disbelief. Or at least I used to.

I can easily eat 5+ lbs of most foods, or 8000 calories in a single sitting.

Hence i added second part. I have a long torso and long stomach. Can polish off a shitload of food in a sitting and not look bloated. I do not have same appetite as when younger but i remember i used to eat ridiculous cheatmeals when i did DC training and was doing one cheat meal every 7 or 9 days. 20inch pizza with 3 toppings, garlic bread (as in whole baguette) 22 mini muffins and 2l pepsi was one meal i rememer cos i had to lie down after for about an hour.

If anyone watches man vs food (or has ever watched) the intro pisses me off so much... "I'm no competitive eater but..." as if he is an ex pro sportsman still playing the game at a high level or something. Just not competitively.

I think they are (srs) introduciing drug testing into that so called sport lol.

Same here, I ate 2 big macs and a sm/ french frie this past summer, felt sick and didn't eat for 24 hours after that.
After 29 hours I finally ate a small salad for dinner. Stuff taste good, but sits like lead...
