You seem to give out a lot of advice (ie cardio thread, over 45 thread). Dont you think it is a bit ridiculous, especially on this site for someone who we have no idea what they look like physically to give out training advice? After all, we all clearly saw the fault in that when that pumphard or pumpsomething guy who gave out tons of advice turned out to be an obese wooden toothed frightening sight who had no comprehension of training. I think the majority of people on here also lean to the side that you dont train at all and are simply an out of shape alcoholic who thinks he knows a lot.
