No worries from the old school guys about "overtraining".  The best shape I was ever in was when I had ample free time to be at the gym for hours working out.  The more I read about overtraining and shit and start shortening my workouts and shit, the worst my body got.

300 burpees and 3000 calories of whole food per day.  You will reach genetic limit in several years and be very fit.  Wear a weight vest if desired and take a few days off every so often.

Great video with some solid advice. I don't agree with it all but it's just not all for me. Not saying it's wrong just not for me.

He lies a lot specially about taking protein shakes with him back in the day,he never did ..... 50 years in the spot light and just started saying that he used to take protein shakes twice a day  strange isnt it ?  not really since he launched his sup line not long ago !! The only protein he drank was Blair's and not daily, protein powders were pure garbage up until the late 90's  same goes for the so called " arm blaster" he only used it for Weider's photoshoots ...


What he did to do to "Shock the muscle" he will never tell .... but you all know ....


Ferrigno and Nubret didn't like to lie about taking protein powders in the early 90's that pissed Joe Weider in several occasions , specially Lou since he was getting $$$$$$ to practically lie about it .

he could well have been drinking protein shakes but its almost certainly Rheo Blairs stuff and not Weiders stuff (and of course these videos are made to promote his line of supplements)

Arnold has always been a bullshitter but it's cool to hear him talking about training each bodypart
