What do their boyfriends look like? Bodybuilders are fascinating to look at in everyday life. They really stand out and turn heads but I don't know if that really translates into desirability. Big boobs definitely catch my eye but when it comes to what I really desire I'm all about the legs and butt. And not Mike Cox style. Just tone and shapely with some muscle like those women sprinters, pole vaulters and jumpers.
I can see how some women will find a Dennis Wolf or Steve Kulco attractive but Roelly? I think he's a great bber and if he dials it in he is top five for sure but, man, if there was ever someone who looks like he has Downs and is barely literate... I don't know if your friends represent the average woman.
It makes sense that being in shape and having muscles (which connotes strength) would be sexually appealing to woman as it's evolutionary/survival value is high. Strong robust men have a higher survival rate in the jungle and pass on good genes. I think there's a universal appeal in both sexes for someone that is athletic looking, fit and in shape. But I think anything taken to extreme appeals to a more select group.
When some of very few woman would confess about what they found physically attractive about me, the first thing that would be mentioned was my height (I'm close to 6'2"). there was has never been a case when they mentioned my veins. Just the other day a girl mentioned that she liked the shape of my legs but the visible veins spoiled it.
They are married to regular guys. Work out a few times for fitness. In some cases the guys may be a little chubby but nice looking nonetheless. i think for a lot of women Bodybuilders are fascinating because they look so strong, so powerful, and so masculine but it's all a show when you find out the majority are extremely narcissistic, insecure, and whiny babies the whole sex appeal thing goes out of the window. It is also not fun to be with someone who eats a ton of food, expects you to cook it, looks in the mirror all of the time, and acts like having to do normal things in life is catabolic and will ruin his gains. Not an ideal boyfriend as you soon find out.
Truthfully, I thought the non industry ladies would find men's physique appealing since the guys aren't as big but they didn't care for that either. We did run into a men's open competitor at the expo and he looked a lot better close up so we got excited about him too. He is tall and doesn't look poofy and bloated. To be fair, they didn't hear Roelly talk. This was all judged by looks and presence. Like everything in bodybuilding, the quality has gone down and it is hard to pick a winner but Roelly was a favorite.
All I can tell you is that I have watched women at the gym, at expos, at clubs, at the mall, in the grocery store, etc and they do respond favorably to them. I've seen several well to do corporate women chase down These guys to get their numbers.
