I think when you start to get over 6'5"  you start to look awkward. Remember, most of your height comes from your legs. When you're really tall it's like you're walking on stilts.

I'm 6'3'' and I suffer from this badly. Structure also plays a role in this, obviously.

In my 49 years on this planet I have never met a short man who doesnt act like a total douche or heavily overcompensate for his height. Im talking under 5 foot 9 (feel free to adjust if you think Im wrong).  I was sitting here thinking about it and 100% of the short men I have come across all over compensate huge. Why cant they just accept they got the short end of the stick and act normal?

Tall people are awkward and out of place

I know the feeling. Plus, when dressed pretty nice I'm one of the most man pretty motherfuckers out there.

As pretty as White Widow? With the muscles and the flawless skin and the 19" pythons and the 500 lb bench?

Same here. I bill myself as 6'2" but I think at the doctors office I was measured at something like 6'1.25.

It's just that I was a legit 6'2" but age and a compressed disk took off almost a half an inch. I just got my height measured about a month ago at the doctors office and it was about two tics above 6'1.5".

I don't really think about it much except when I meet someone much taller than me. Say 6'5" and above. It's rare but it is a strange feeling looking up at someone.

Coach ain't coming back... to this thread.

He'd get dominated, out of his element entirely here.

Not sure on the inseam mate.

My upper leg is really long though. I look so much better from the waist up IMO, but having really long legs atom bombs your look even if you have broad shoulders. It neuters the taper.

Why do tall guys on internet forums want emphasize height on a regular basis?

If height were such a great thing, you wouldn't be a fucking loser on an internet forum boasting about something you had no control over at any point during your pathetic life.

The irony is that they don't realize how insecure they come across bragging about their height like they actually accomplished something in life. I'm 5'10" and could give 2 FUCKS that some insecure 6'3" guy feels better about himself knowing that he has 5" on me. Pathetic thread.

Do short guys have less back pain?  It seems they would since they are more compacted and have less they have to hold up.

someone once mentioned to me that you seldom see anyone over 6'5 that is over 65 years old.  the body does seem to break down quicker relating to height.

Race is another thing people brag about on/off-line that they had no control over.

Heart has to work harder. There isn't really that much of a difference in the hearts between tall people and short people.

I'm 6'3, white, full head of hair.

I won at life the day I was born.

A self-sentient gimmick I didn't know I had?

to these guys we are all manlets.....when asked how's the weather is  up there wilt chamberlain used to spit on their heads and say "it's raining".

I remember reading an article about who are the most genetically gifted athletes and they concluded it was basketball players. For one thing, just being so tall puts them in the tiny percentage of the Bell curve. Only 15% of the men 20 yrs and older are 6 feet. Only 5% are 6'2".

Another factor is that being so tall (6'8" and over) and being able to move like they do is also a rarity. Most men at that height are very awkward and gangly.

Height and attractiveness only count when a man is average-poor.

When it all comes down to it, a large bank account is the main thing a man needs to pull all the pussy he could ever want.

I am 5'8"(6'9" in my imagination) and during my teens I suffered a lot because of my perceived shortness. Also taller folks, especially the ones who had nothing else, were eager to leave comments.
Years later I have to say it's a blessing in disguise. It's all about proportion and health, nonetheless a tall person with a good structure is pretty imposing and of course more of an ideal than a garden gnome.
