Remember when cooking your eggs
« on: November 15, 2015, 02:34:16 PM »
don't cook more than about 10 seconds because you can denature the protein and not then be able to absorb it.

Bro science.  Thanks, Bra.

For scrambled eggs never add salt and pepper till you plate them
Crack the eggs into the pan then scramble them
Never stop stirring
Take the pan on and off the heat during the cooking
Keep the eggs out of fridge for a bit before cooking

Undercooked eggs give me the raunchiest shits an indigestion. Makes me feel ill and my stomach turns.

So I'd rather burn them than death with that.  8)

I theoretically would as well, but I can't stomach it for whatever reason.   8)

Am I the only one who uses milk for scrambled eggs? Butter in pan, low heat, soon as butter melts/spreads add milk then add eggs beaten in a seperate bowl, turn over frequently til cooked (moist, not dry)? Then add salt and pepper liberally and east like a pig with buttered toast.

do you believe that ?

No, I don't beleive it.  But as I was cooking some eggs and ground beef this morning I realized that my brain plays this line every time I cook eggs thanks to all those years of bro science imparted by the magazines.

Isn't it easier to just shove them up your ass and let your body naturally break down the shells and absorb the protein?  I read this in FLEX magazine last month.
