His whole argument of Lee knowing nothing is bunk because he's trying to pass himself off as a bodybuilding and lifestyle expert (Vegan GAINS) but he looks like nothing. Even Jason Blaha dieted down would have more muscle than him and that's embarrassing. Who would you listen to in order to get GAINS? Lee who cuts out the bullshit or this weirdo.

Also to add, Vegan No Gains says eating meat is pointless because our body can get all the nutrients it needs from plants.

You can train every muscle group just doing Squats, Bench and Deadlifts. So why would he do anything else you don't need them right?

This kid is hypocritical in so many ways it's not funny.

One example is his ranting about everyone killing and torturing the precious animals yet the house he lives in displaced animals, the wood in the furniture and to build the house he lives in displaced animals, the rubber tires, metals, and plastics that make up his bicycle displaced animals, the plastics, metals etc for his equipment plus the ridiculous amounts of electrical energy his production costs consume displaced animals and lets not forget the fucking massive shits this kid must make from all the vegan food he consumes that ends up flushed down the toilet that ends up in lake ontario for the fish
