What would you do if you tested HIV positive?

This Charlie Sheen thing started a discussion with some friends.  What would you do? Do you really want to be known as the guy with HIV?  If you are married and have kids would you tell your wife?  you know that it would be an instant divorce.  Honestly thinking about it I would probably just kill myself.  Not sure I'd want to live my life that way.

The 1st time I got checked out, it makes you think alot about what you've been upto and the consequences( especially as it used  to take over a week before you went back in to find out) when I hear of young seemingly healthy people killing them selves and it does make you think

if i tested hiv positive,...meh, then I'd die. I didnt expect to see 35 and Im at 50,....Im in bonus time as it is
