Don't be scared pj
Everything will be ok
Vince explained to us about the legal loophole u found to sell pro hormones again

If you're referring to Blackstone Labs new products Chosen 1 and Brutal 4ce, the products are classified at DHEA supplements.  To ban these products, DHEA would also have to be banned and politicians will not mess with a product that senior citizens use.

However, even Aaron and PJ along with every other supplement company owner need to watch their backs because they all have a giant bull eye on their backs by the FDA thanks to all the fucking snitching that's been going on lately.  They just raided and arrested every executive and the CEO of USP Labs and even seized all of their assets including a million dollars in cash at one home.  These jealous mother fuckers are snitching because they hate success or they are trying to reduce their sentences....disgraceful if you ask me.

From the looks of that piece USP labs was knowingly lying to their retailers about the fact that they were using methampetamine derivatives in their "natural" substances.

Hard to blame that on the competition...

From that article that "Orange Chicken Ron" posted

"The indictment alleges that USPlabs engaged in a conspiracy to import ingredients from China using false certificates of analysis and false labeling and then lied about the source and nature of those ingredients after it put them in its products.  According to the indictment, USPlabs told some of its retailers and wholesalers that it used natural plant extracts in products called Jack3d and OxyElite Pro, when in fact it was using a synthetic stimulant manufactured in a Chinese chemical factory."

Good move from the DOJ. Too many "supplements" doing internal damage to uninformed children. Companies like Blackstone and many others should be shut down for selling the toxins contained within their products.

GNC came back almost all the way after dropping 25%. I guess they're not involved.

Btw, for those not involved in financial markets, what happened there @12 is called "falling off a cliff."

The SEC should investigate this. It looks like a pump and dump. Smart guys ran up the price then shorted it. The stock was already tanking well before the story broke.

The supplement bubble is doomed to pop anytime now, Fox business analysts have speculated that this could drive the Global economy into another recession. No word from Obama yet.

They are all just lying fraudsters.  All assets should be confiscated and scam artists jailed.  Start with duck egg OHearn.

They are up in arms about supplement companies used by people wanting to improve their health, yet don't care about alcohol and cigarette consumption, which kill tons of people every year and are a crutch for humanity to stay lazy and be unhealthy. Logic not even once.

What affect will this have on Bodybuilding.com??

I have not paid too much attention to the supplement industry lately but didn't the BB.com founder just sell his interest in the company?

From USP Labs

USPlabs Statement about Government Allegations

Yesterday the government announced charges against USPlabs and its owners relating to past formulations of certain dietary supplements. None of the allegations relates to any of the Company's current formulations of any of its products. The Company has always and continues to stand behind the safety and integrity of its products. The events as reported yesterday have done nothing to change the Company's strong belief in its products.

Regarding the government's allegations, the Company and the owners vehemently deny that the Company ever attempted to defraud any of its retail customers or consumers, sold any unsafe products, or engaged in any wrongdoing. They expect to be fully vindicated and look forward to their day in court.
