in my opinion, (and believe I more than anyone believe it is worth little to nothing) if you take a 19 inch arm and make it a 20 inch arm using site injections it is still wrong but less obvious. if you take a 16 inch arm and turn it into  a 22 inch arm it now looks like your proverbial can of smashed assholes.
