I would give him a few days to recalculate after using the new shaker bottle.

Could have substantial impact, now that he can hit a button and have the powder fall into the cup, rather than scooping it directly in.

Of course you can shake with this one, even with ice cubes. Only the top is made from plastic for obvious reasons, not sure what's fragile about that.

I don't have/need one like that. Instead, I have a normal sized stainless steel shaker.
When it's hot, I like to include a few ice cubes.
