Stolen Valor being a crime is true, but I believe I saw something that stated that you can only be actually charged with a serious offense if the Valor enabled you to receive some sort of benefit via the fraud.

That's why Blaha isn't in jail (talking about the FBI building and shit).

Also, he's wrong... It's not a felony, as it's not punishable by more than a year of detention.

Nice how at the end he said, "Fuck You" to a group of vets... What a tool.

I don't understand why Blaha didn't just admit to his bullshit when FitMisc first started digging up the truth about him. If he just said at that point that all the stories about being a mercenary were done purely for entertainment and trolling purposes, he would have reduced the amount of damage done to his credability to a minimum.
Instead, he responded to the threads with more and more bullshit and has now dug a hole so deep that he can't see the daylight.
It's getting worse and worse. It has to be the biggest owning in the history of the Youtube fitness community.

He did the same thing when Layne Norton actually got lawyers involved with him.

He didn't back down, just sat there with his flared nostrils refusing to admit he got it wrong
