I turn in to a lunatic if I eat lots of sugar
paleo is the number one thing that keeps me calmer (in real life)
if I eat sugar, processed foods, too much gluten or dairy, I am a full blow lunatic
I attribute my real life calming down completely to changing my eating
I did a ton of reading on the extreme similarities between the cell structure in the stomach and the brain,...they are so similar, and what we eat 100% of the time will have an effect on our thinking and moods.
About every 4th day I have a bagel, or a muffin, or a cupcake,...to keep sane. Other than that I eat meat, sweet potatos, vegetables and 90% chocolate and drink a massive amount of water. This is when Im most balanced.
How I act on here is not a reflection of how I am in real life. Other than 2 people on here who I absolutely despise and it is not an act, the rest is all whatever.
