paleo is the number one thing that keeps me calmer (in real life)
if I eat sugar, processed foods, too much gluten or dairy, I am a full blow lunatic
I attribute my real life calming down completely to changing my eating

I did a ton of reading on the extreme similarities between the cell structure in the stomach and the brain,...they are so similar, and what we eat 100% of the time will have an effect on our thinking and moods.

About every 4th day I have a bagel, or a muffin, or a cupcake,...to keep sane. Other than that I eat meat, sweet potatos, vegetables and 90% chocolate and drink a massive amount of water. This is when Im most balanced.

How I act on here is not a reflection of how I am in real life. Other than 2 people on here who I absolutely despise and it is not an act, the rest is all whatever.

Have you tried eating a decent balance of protein and fat prior to indulging?  Might make the fallout a little less

theres no real fallout most of the time because I dont eat a whole lot of the junk. I eat one bagel or one muffin and thats it. If I ate 5 or 6 it would be a different story, but moderation is key

I believe there are larger systems at play here. Systematic structures that are attempting to keep specific voices suppressed on getbig due to issues of oppression.. I believe that a certain woman moderator may be at the helm of all of this. Personally, I have experienced oppression on this board. I will not name names, but a specific moderator (woman) on here permanently banned me. However, I was reinstated by another moderator. I believe there were larger systemic forces working against me, trying to suppress my speech. Again, I will not say who this moderator is, but I believe people can figure it out.

But I did neither of those, and did not break any forum rules, but was still permanently banned. The person on this forum offers their public information (Tbombz) to the forum. All I did was quote one of his religious posts and I was banned. No personal information was posted, except a religious quote.
