Deserts are greening from excess CO2.....

0 evidence in that link. Simply a collection of fallacious rhetoric arranged to feed simple minds.

Joe, can we talk?

How old are you? do you realize that climate change is a fact? that the world over agrees and agrees we are the cause? are you aware that the lobbyist hired to spread disinformation surrounding climate change are the SAME people (actual people) involved in the tobacco lobbying and scandals?

Think about that, they are the same people, the way they work (the outline this) is by attaching to any hint of doubt and magnifying it, while 99% of physicists believe einstein is right, 1% do not, they capitilize on this 1%, it's meant to confuse. What you are doing is effecting everyone as you are spreading bullshit surrounding a VERY serious issue.

The guy who wrote this Richard Lindzen has said things like this

"According to an April 30, 2012 New York Times article,[67] "Dr. Lindzen accepts the elementary tenets of climate science. He agrees that carbon dioxide is a
greenhouse gas, calling people who dispute that point "nutty." He agrees that the level of it is rising because of human activity and that this should war
m the climate." He also believes that decreasing tropical cirrus clouds in a warmer world will allow more longwave radiation to escape the atmosphere, counteracting the warming.[67] Lindzen first published this "iris" theory in 2001,[8] and offered more support in a 2009 paper.[50]

His Iris theory is incorrect, been rebutted over and over. So he to believes in warming, and human activity is causing it. However, based on what he has recently said I assume he is being paid. Now to your bullshit article with random quotes with no context and other bullshit. If you went to school you would have some critical thinking ability, which would help you decide what is non-sense and what is sensible.

“Our breath is not that different from a power plant,”

ahhhh................... ............ :-X

“To call carbon dioxide a pollutant is really Orwellian. You are calling something a pollutant that we all produce. Where does that lead us eventually?”

Alright dickhead, lock yourself in a airtight room and see if it's a pollutant. What about our shit, is that toxic, where are we going with this we flush something we produce down a toilet and call it WASTE!!!!! where is this going!!! the children...

Here we see some more powerhouse logic

"The most important thing to keep in mind is – when you ask ‘is it warming, is it cooling’, etc.  — is that we are talking about something tiny (temperature changes) and that is the crucial point.”

Small changes can never have an impact, I mean, we are talking about less then 1, you know how small 1 is right? it's less then two, so it can't cause a problem, it's only small.

That's the fucking point, the changes are small but fucking rapid, he is an atmosphere physicist, ice cores provide very accurate data. it doesn't matter the number, the effect is key, this is basic science.

He also doesn't seem to care about other systems besides the climate. Many species rely on specific climates, temperature and things like acidity (ocean creatures). Evolution (another scary word) takes time, right now many species are being effected, in fact  (another scary term, fact) we are currently in the worlds 6th mass extinction, species are going out of existence left and right. Corals need specific salinity, they are dying off rapidly, they support other ecosystems that would not be effected by temp changes, but since they rely on corals, they will die and so on.This is OCCURRING right now, it's not debatable.

Now, the site you linked, who are the funded by?

"ClimateDepot.com is being financed by the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow, a nonprofit in Washington that advocates for free-market solutions to environmental issues. Public tax filings for 2003-7 (the last five years for which documents are available) show that the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow received hundreds of thousands of dollars from the ExxonMobil Foundation and foundations associated with the billionaire Richard Mellon Scaife, a longtime financier of conservative causes, including being the primary source of money used to fund attacks against Bill Clinton during the Whitewater and Monica Lewinsky eras of his presidency [1]. According to a report issued by the Union of Concerned Scientists, from 1998-2005, approximately 23% of the total ExxonMobil funding for the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow was directed by ExxonMobil for climate change activities [p. 32].

Craig Rucker, a co-founder of the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow, said the committee got a third of its money from other foundations. However,
Rucker would not identify them or say how much his foundation would pay Marc Morano. Rucker did say that ExxonMobil did not contribute anything to the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow in 2008 [2].

Brutal lie. You trust these guys? if a trainer was funded by a barbell company and said his barbell was better for training etc, would you not suspect he is biased? these guys make money creating C02... yet you take their word for it, despite those without interest and with proper knowledge suggesting otherwise?

Why are those scientists "more" right than the other ones? Why can't we just look at all the theories that we have and examine how well their predictions match observed data and follow the scientific process? You know, the process that's been working out great for us so far. We can only benefit: if the theories we have are incomplete today, they'll become more complete as we gather more data, find discepancies between predictions and observations and work to improve the theory and the models. And if it turns out that we can't, and the theory is flawed and not fixable, well... that's awesome too: we'll come up with something better to replace it. Everybody wins.

Should we consider the possibility that human activity is affecting the climate? Of course we should - that must is indisputable. What's not as clear is how much, and how seriously, is it affecting it. And since we don't quite know that, it's safer to take some action. Should we shutter power plants for spewing CO2, ban V8 engines for spewing unburned hydrocarbons, benzene, nitrous oxides and other things with funny names and go back to the horse and buggy and candles? Of course not. But if we could effectively reduce the amount of pollutants we release into the atmosphere without adversely impacting our economy and the welfare of our nation, shouldn't we do that? After all, nobody died because the air they were breathing was too clean.
