Trump is cuckoo.

Toughest part of week for me was doing 110 pound dumbbell rows with excellent form.

Excellent form?  Do you keep the length of the dumbbell parallel to the length of your body or do you keep it perpendicular or some combination?  Also is your torso fairly parallel to the ground or are you bracing on something that causes it to be angled?

Starting to warm up to Trump. At first I thought he was a troll and a joke, well maybe still is but very entertaining.

How can a Trump Hillary debate not be the most entertaining thing in politics in years?

Keeping some level of sanity having to move out of my house temporarily while it is being renovated... and guy doing work was only available for same week as gf had operation and needed convalescent time so i have had to nurse her between a hotel and my parents,  fit work in and watch money come out of my ass like a shitstorm.

That sounds tough, sometimes the shit all hits at once.  Well at least you can count your blessings that you have money to come out of your ass, I guess.

Another tough thing I did was having to deal with a text from a family member who I hadn't heard from in months, basically asking for money.  Seriously, not a hard set of squats or fighting off some oaf, emotional bs.

Could be something physical like a hard set of squats or running 5 miles or punching Ronda Rouseys lights out.  Could also be something emotionally or mentally tough, like taking the CPA exam or having to put your dog down or your mom in a nursing home.

For me it was toughest not responding to some relative's comment at the dinner table that Trump was going to put all Muslims in a database.

Getting out of bed all 7 days was rough and gets worse every week

Emotional pain is way worse than physical pain (well... within reason) cos you cant grit teeth and suppress it or wait a few days or weeks til it passes. The cabin fever environment here has meant arguments, frustration everything that annoys me. Small things become massive arguments over nothing.

The money is a secondary issue. Id love to say i have money galore to easily cover this but i am stresssed as fuck trying to keep balance level and growing (used savings for work and then price grew as work mounted). I lost all my money before and am so anal about separating savings and investment money now.

Well, I guess "excellent" form is contingent on the person's body mechanics. I guess there really is no such thing as "excellent" form from an objective standard. Thus, I do what is most comfortable for me.

I prefer to brace myself on the dumbbell rack, so my back is slightly angled. Ive always felt lower back pain when I put my leg on a bench and my back was completely parallel. As for my arm movement, I DO NOT let the dumbbell go in a straight up and down motion. My arm sort of starts more at an angle in front of my body, then I row back to my hip.

Oh, and some fucker brought 2 dozen custom made fresh fractured prune donuts into a meeting and set them right in the middle of the table.  Having to look at them and smell that car by doughy sugary goodness without eating one was pretty tough.

For me, anyway. I do not feel pain in my shoulder or elbow this way and feel a greater pump.

I will sometimes do dumbell rows on an incline bench.

Ate a pizza from a street vendor in Kenya at 2 in the morning. The rest of the weekend was unpleasant.
