The creators of the electrical clock that he dismantled should in turn sue him for trying to pass off parts of their product as his own.

Yup. All he did was take the "guts" out of a clock and put it in a briefcase.

Compare that to the teenager who built his own lightbulb and generator to help his community (I believe in some small village in Africa). Yet, no invitation to the white house for this kid.  :-\
