I have a friend with ms and I am convinced it is a fake disease. She always claims pain from it and her doctor tells her there is no pain with ms and she melts down.

Don't know why I am responding in here but...

I've never gotten the flu, rarely get colds (and I live in a densely populated cold area), almost never get sick and when I did (pneumonia) I ignored it for a week - at which point I required medicine. Food helps, certainly. but you can't help it if you are stuck with lepers and manky people infected with typhoid, cholera and pneumonia.

Charlie Sheen could eat the best diet ever, it wouldn't save him without drugs. There's a balance in between.
