Are bcaa worth a damn?
A secret in the whey protein industry is to sub in bcaas because they're cheaper...It's all far less effective than food.
they sub BCAAs for useless amino acids (non-EAAs) because they are cheaper... amino spiking.BCAAs are much more expensive than wheyonly shitty ass companies do that though. while i dont regularly use whey as substitute for food (only when bulking peri-workout) it does have its place imo. gotta get quality though
I feel like drinking a bcaa mix while working out gives me more endurance, and natural energy.

Macros are macros but whole foods are already perfectly balanced to include things like vitamins, minerals, fibre, etc... Plus... And this may sound dumb... But nothing controls the appetite like a balanced meal eaten slowly with proper chewing...
